Wet magnetic separator is the commonly used iron ore magnetic separator and manganese ore magnetic separator, which is also widely used in iron ore dressing plants. Wet magnetic separator is suitable for the separation of strong magnetic minerals. Wet high intensity magnetic separator is widely used in ore dressing, coal washing, chemical industry and other sectors, which is suitable for the wet separation of strong magnetic minerals with 6-0 mm particle size, and it can separate minerals into magnetic materials and non-magnetic materials.
1. It is suitable for the wet magnetic separation of magnetite, pyrrhotite, roasted ore, ilmenite and other materials with below 3mm particle size. It is also used for the iron removing operations of coal, non-metallic minerals, building materials and other materials.
2. Wet high density magnetic separator is the magnetic separation equipment for iron powder, which is usually used in separating factory, iron separation and fine iron powder separation. The two kinds of commonly used wet magnetic separators include downstream magnetic separator and semi countercurrent magnetic separator.
Iron ore magnetic separator is suitable for the iron removing operations of manganese ore, limonite, hematite, siderite, goethite, chromium iron, niobium tantalum ore, titanium cerium iron ore, monazite, alabandite, psilomelane, pyrolusite, rhodochrosite, wolframite, rutile, titanium iron iron quartzite mine, apatite, xenotime, olivine, sulphur copper germanium ore, iron dolomite, bastnasite, biotite, garnet, epidote, samarskite, serpentine and other non metals. After the strong magnetic separating by the wet high intensity magnetic separator, the materials generally can improve 10%-30% grade.
1. Wet magnetic separator is often used for the separation and purification of fine iron powder in magnetic factory. It can remove the impurities and gangue in the fine iron powder to improve the grade of iron powder so as to improve the added value of product in magnetic plant.
2. It can be used for removing iron in the non-magnetic materials, so as to reduce the processing cost of materials, which is inexpensive with high quality.
3. The separation and purification of sulfuric acid slag powder.
4. The re-separation of tailings. It can recycle relative enrichment tailings of tailings dam.
5. The pre-concentration of low grade ore, pre enrichment of ore resources, so as to improve the grade of ore in the mill, reduce the mineral processing cost and create surplus value of ore dressing plant.
